Our work begins with an assessment of the experience that humans have when interacting with a company, its products, services, or online content – and an audit of the process by which those experiences are created.

 

Many organizations conduct user research as part of their development processes, but the scope of these investigations is typically limited to a product or service interface and how it is used. Ardelius takes a holistic approach to understand the status of the entire organization's capability to design and manage experiences.

Results

We present the findings of our Phase 1 audit and assessment in person and provide these as a written report. Phase 1 results in a complete picture of the factors that contribute to the current experience, and identifies areas of strength and weakness as well as gaps.

 

This helps an organization clearly identify inefficiencies in the development process and the impact that its current investments have on the human experience. Most importantly, it provides the platform on which a new, more effective experience design process model can be built in Phase 2.
