Phase 4: Experience Design - Organizational Transformations

While our structured approach is effective in helping organizations become experts in experience centered design, organizational transformation is an ongoing process. Ardelius works with clients to ensure the process maintains momentum, and to provide course corrections as required.

 

We will custom-tailor our training, mentoring, management, monitoring and measurement services to the individual organization, respecting that each journey toward experience-creation will be unique.

 

On an ongoing basis, we can help an organization weave an ever increasing volume of experience-creation activities into its fabric; eventually integrating the entire Ardelius Experience Design Framework™ Our goal is for a client to become self-sufficient in its experience centered design practices.
