Once an organization has reached the milestone of proactively integrating experience design principles into its development process, a mechanism is required to ensure that consistent, cohesive design policies and processes are being managed and monitored. Experience Design Governance creates precision in experience design efforts and improves organizational performance at the corporate level.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Ardelius applies the Ardelius Experience Design Framework™ and Usability Maturity scales to implement the correct level of governance for each client. The governance model specifies responsibilities and accountability in various aspects of the process and company. Ongoing monitoring, key performance indicators (KPI) and measurement tools are also created as part of our Governance services.
