Experience Design Process Consulting
Experience centered design is the process of identifying and managing the overall experience that individuals have when interacting with a brand, an organization, a product, service, or system. At Ardelius, we work with organizations to create experiences using our Experience Design Process as part of an experience strategy implementation.
Our process is based on established Experience Centered Design (ECD) principles. Three hallmarks of the process are:
- ECD introduces the audience early as a stakeholder in the design and development of products and services.
- ECD ensures that the user is heard throughout, and to some degree participates in, the entire creation process - in the right measure and using appropriate techniques and tools.
- ECD applies an iterative design process: creating concepts, test and validate these and learn from the results in several iterations. This approach will de-risk the design and ultimately create a truely customer and user matching experience. So you know what the customer experience will be before the product is launched.
Results
The outcome of an experience design process varies from early design concepts to fully implemented hardware and software products that deliver the intended business value and product experience.
