Experience Design Capability Audit

Ardelius undertakes concrete assessments of an organization's current experience design capability status that encompass the existing people, processes, business structures, culture, services, products, and content that is in place.

An audit uses the Ardelius Framework to assess in a rigorous manner the key aspects of Experience design, management, experience strategy and governance across departments and disciplines.

The Experience Design Audit Process

The experience design audit process includes the following phases:

  1. A scan of the organization, it's processes, services and products with respect to experience design strategy capability.
  2. Interviews and understanding of relevant stakeholders in the organization to identify strengths and weaknesses, attitudes, perceptions and expectations towards the organization's experience design capability.
  3. An intensive 2 day clinic to review the outcome of the scan and survey, best practices and create an Experience Capability Improvement Plan (ECIP).
  4. Detailing the ECIP into a knowledge base that will provide guidance for the organization. We will assist in this phase to further develop the vision, goals, roadmap and governance for a successful experience design organization.
